Which browsers can I use with Maintenance Connection?

Use Internet Explorer 6.0 or later to take advantage of Maintenance Connection's complete functionality. Netscape is supported for the Maintenance Requester Application. How can I use Maintenance Connection without affecting my company's network security?

Maintenance Connection services have been designed to make the challenging task of enabling access to our hosted solutions without compromising network security.

What kind of Internet connection should I have to use Maintenance Connection?

Maintenance Connection's performance is in part determined by the speed of your connection to the Internet. Maintenance Connection recommends that as a minimum, you should connect to the Internet using a Cable-Modem, DSL-Modem, ISDN, or T1-T3 connection.  If 56k dial-up modems are used, it is important to remember that the first time you use the Maintenance Connection, it has 'download' large files that will then be 'cached' of saved to your computer.  This will speed things up considerably the next time you use Maintenance Connection.
