Reporter Application
It is important to note that the Maintenance Reporter is fully integrated within the Maintenance Manager application, alleviating the need to switch applications. The Maintenance Reporter is available as a stand-alone application for individuals not needing the features of the Maintenance Manager - rather needing just reporting functionality.
From the Maintenance Reporter home, you can copy, setup, and view reports.
By filling in the fields on the Report Criteria page, you essentially filter out unwanted data for the selected report.
Upon logging on to the Maintenance Reporter, you are presented with a list of report groups on the left with corresponding reports on the right.
Report Criteria
The Report Criteria page displays upon running a report. You can bypass this page by clicking the 'Use Default Criteria' checkbox on the Maintenance Reporter home page.
Report Criteria Date Selector
The Report Criteria Date Selector is a quick and easy way to select a date range for reports. By changing the criteria 'operator' to 'is within' - a date selector drop-down appears allowing you to select from pre-defined date ranges.

The Report Criteria Lookup Table allows you to quickly and easily select values from a lookup table. Lookup tables can be defined within the Maintenance Manager application.
Report Criteria Module Lookup
The Report Criteria Module Lookup allows you to quickly and easily select a value from a related module. For example a criteria field called Labour ID is asking you to select a Labour ID. By using the Module Lookup, you can select Labour by simply clicking from a list. The Report Criteria Module Lookup also displays lookup dialogs from within the Maintenance Manager application.

After running a report and selecting report criteria, the report preview window appears. It displays your report with the selected criteria and has a toolbar of options at the top. The options on the report preview toolbar are:
