Procedures consist of pre-defined tasks and costs (labour, material, and other costs) which can be attached to either a Work Order or a Preventative Maintenance schedule. Select from a library of 300+ standard maintenance procedures or create your own for maintenance employees or contractors to follow when completing work orders. You have the ability to drag-and-drop a procedure directly onto either a Work Order or Preventative Maintenance record.
